This car wash was my go to, until they got my passenger side wet because they didn't close the door properly after vacuuming it before it went to the washing booth. And they were trying to blame me for what happened. They definitely gonna loose me as a customer for sure. Unprofessionals
The washes are good prices and the staff are careful with the cars, not lazy. I've been coming here for the past year for oil changes and carwashes. They've never given me a hard time.
I brought my marked unit for a wash and was pleasantly surprised that they wash police cars for free. It was cleaned inside and out.
Customer Service sucks, everytime you asked to speak to a manager or the owner, he is never there. Then they walk away and don't come back until you leave... You are noy supposed to deny service to a paying customer because he asked to speak to a manager. Bad Business at the Oil Change.
