Took a few watches to get their batteries changed. 3 out of 5 I had an issue with: one they chipped the back (my guess is trying to open it to change the battery and hit it too hard), another the dial fell off a few days later and the last one of the owners said he'd call me about the last one and never did, I had to show up in person and after I got there my watch was scratched of the face. I got yelled and cursed at because I was bringing up my issues. Would NOT recommend at all!! Take your business elsewhere unless you want your items damaged and get yelled at.
