The prices for the washing machines and dyers are great. But the costomer service is horrible. Mind you, I am black and the employee is white so this is what happened. I went the the change machine with my cousin so he could play a game because they only take quarters. So my cousin put in a dollar and no change came out. So I told the white employee who was cleaning the machines and I told her the machine wasnt working. She clearly said "No" and walked away. So then I thought she went to get something and come back but she didn't she kept walking. So my cousin is 7 and he was upset because he really wanted to play the car game. Then I went to the front desk the employee there she was black and she said I told her the situation and she said OK. And she came out from the desk and assisted me. As soon as she came over the machine to help me, the first employee that I talled to came over and said he's lying and basically checked me. Then the white employee says "were gonna check im gonna get a dollar from the register and if that works then your lying."That doesn't even make sense. So she get a dollar and it goes through and gives her the change. I was so upset and she didn't even reimburse me of my dollar she took the change and she walked away from my cousins and I. Also she took the black employee back to the front desk with her. Later on I overheard the white employee say to the black employee that they are liars. I love the laundrymat itself but the employees need to go.
Clean lay back place very big and they have chairs space you don't have to have people in your face washer dryer very big and they have a lot of helpers..
I love washing my clothes here. Its new machines, Clean and Easy Going.
The best laundry mat ever. It's never crowded & doesn't attract a rowdy crowd. Very very very very clean. Their staff is amazing.
Nice place if you Single, and great TV's too.
